  • Absolutely! That is actually in your best interest to gain insight. Give me a ring!

  • You can start planning 6 months to a year in advanced.

  • In most cases realtor fees are paid by the seller and split between the both parties brokers.

  • Well, then you are in the right spot. We can talk about logistics, fears, next steps.

  • You do need to be prequalified to work with me. However, I am happy to talk to you about what a pre-qualification is, how to get one and referrals to a lender.

  • Yes, of course. I aim my content/education at new buyers/sellers because I love educating but am happy to work with second, third or fourth time clients.

  • Yes yes yes! Fill out a contact form and I will send you a Creators Bio Template to fill out and return to me. This is so that I can represent you to the best of my ability.

  • In short, yes! I hold limited availability every month for family shoots. Inquire to see if there is a spot open!

  • Galleries take 2-3 weeks. If it is an elopement or wedding please allow 4-6 weeks for full gallery delivery.

  • A retainer fee is a fee to reserve your session time. This secures your spot and the rest of your payment is due the day before your shoot.

  • I include B+W images on all galleries for most photos. I am such a sucker for these!

  • Then I am even more excited to help you come out of your shell. It might feel awkward at first, but I prompt and guide you through the whole session!
